Welcome to the CookGoRich Affiliate Program! This program is designed to give content creators a simple and rewarding way to earn commissions by sharing CookGo App links and invitation codes with their audience. Once you join, you’ll be able to transform your social media videos into CookGo recipes, making it easier for your followers to explore and enjoy your creations directly through the app. You can then share your personalized links or invitation codes across your platforms, and each time your followers install CookGo or subscribe to the service through your referral, you’ll receive a commission. We encourage you to read these Terms of Service carefully, as your participation in the program indicates your full understanding of and agreement to all rules, requirements, and guidelines outlined in this document.

1. Definitions

CookGo App - The mobile application named "CookGo".

Referred User - A new user who installs the CookGo App for the first time through your referral link or invitation code.

Commission - Compensation paid to you for valid user actions, calculated based on the rates displayed in your dashboard.

Promotional Materials - Official marketing assets provided by CookGo, including text, banners, links, images, and other tools.

Our Marks - Our logos, trademarks, service marks, or brand identifiers.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must meet certain basic requirements. First, you must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the legal age of majority in the location where you live, whichever age is higher. In addition, your use of the platform must always comply with all relevant laws and regulations that apply to you, whether they are local, national, or international.

We retain the authority to reject, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to any account that violates legal requirements, platform rules, or the terms outlined in this Agreement. This includes situations where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a violation has occurred or may occur.

3. Account

You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your CookGoRich account. This includes safeguarding your username, password, and any other information used to access your account. You must ensure that no one else can use your account without your permission.

All actions performed through your account, whether by you or by another person using your credentials, are considered your responsibility. This means you are accountable for any activity, transaction, or communication carried out under your account.

If you notice any unusual activity or suspect that someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, you must contact us immediately. Prompt notification allows us to take the necessary steps to protect your account and prevent any potential misuse.

4. License to Promotional Materials

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the promotional materials provided by CookGo (the "Promotional Materials") strictly for the purpose of promoting and marketing CookGo. This license allows you to display, distribute, and otherwise utilize the Promotional Materials in accordance with any guidelines or instructions provided by CookGo.

You may not modify, alter, or adapt the Promotional Materials in any way that misrepresents CookGo or its services. The use of the materials in any manner that could be considered misleading, inappropriate, or unlawful is strictly prohibited. Additionally, any use that could negatively affect CookGo’s reputation, brand, or goodwill is expressly forbidden.

CookGo reserves the right to revoke or terminate this license at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon such revocation, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Promotional Materials and remove them from any platforms, publications, or materials where they have been used.

5. License to Use Our Marks

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use Our Marks for the purpose of promoting the products or services covered under this Agreement. This right is granted strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

You agree not to use Our Marks in any manner that could mislead others, violate any laws, or exceed the scope of this license. Any use that is deceptive, unlawful, or unauthorized is strictly prohibited.

We may, at our sole discretion, revoke or terminate this license at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using Our Marks and remove them from all promotional materials and communications.

6. License to Use Your Marks

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your name, image, logo, or any other branding materials you provide to us. This license allows us to identify you as a participant in the Affiliate Program, including for promotional, marketing, advertising, and public relations purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed. You acknowledge and agree that we may use such materials without any further notice, approval, or compensation to you. This license is granted solely for the purposes of promoting the Affiliate Program and recognizing your participation therein, and does not transfer any ownership rights in your marks to us.

7. Commissions

7.1 Installation Commission

A commission shall be earned for each Referred User who successfully installs the CookGo application by using the Referrer’s unique referral link or invitation code. The commission amount for each installation shall be as specified in the Referrer’s dashboard. Commissions will only be paid for installations that satisfy the conditions set forth in this Agreement. Any installation that does not meet these requirements shall be deemed ineligible for commission.

7.2 Subscription Commission

A commission shall be earned for each Referred User who purchases a subscription plan within the CookGo application. The amount of commission shall be calculated based on the actual amount paid by the Referred User, after deduction of any applicable discounts, promotions, or taxes. No commission shall be payable in respect of subscriptions that are cancelled, refunded, or otherwise invalid.

7.3 Valid Action Requirements

A user action shall qualify for commission only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

(a) The user is a new CookGo App user who has not previously installed or registered for the application;

(b) The installation or subscription purchase is completed through the Referrer’s referral link or invitation code; and

Any user action that fails to meet all of the foregoing conditions shall not be eligible for commission.

7.4 Fraud and Abuse

CookGo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, reduce, or reject any commission in the event of actual or suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of this Agreement or applicable platform policies. Examples of conduct that may result in withholding or rejection of commission include, but are not limited to:

(a) traffic generated by automated bots or non-human means;

(b) misleading, deceptive, or false promotion of CookGo;

(d) attempts to manipulate referral attribution or commission calculations; and

(e) any other violation of CookGo platform policies or terms of service.

Decisions regarding the existence of fraud, abuse, or policy violations shall be made solely by CookGo, and such decisions shall be final and binding.

8. Payouts

Payouts can be requested using any of the methods displayed on your dashboard. Simply select your preferred payout method and follow the on-screen instructions to initiate a withdrawal.The minimum withdrawal amounts for each payout method are clearly indicated in your account. You will not be able to request a payout below the specified minimum.

Any processing fees associated with a payout will depend on the method you choose. Please review the fees for your selected payout option before confirming your withdrawal.

9. Your Obligations

As a promoter of CookGo, you have certain responsibilities to ensure that all marketing activities are conducted ethically, legally, and in accordance with the platform’s standards:

You must actively promote CookGo in full compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, and the specific rules or guidelines established by the platform or app store.

Any statements or claims you make about CookGo, including its features, benefits, or potential outcomes, must be accurate, honest, and not misleading in any way.

You are strictly prohibited from the following activities:

Sending unsolicited messages or engaging in any form of spam to promote CookGo.

Using automated bots, fake accounts, or paid traffic schemes to artificially generate app installs or engagement.

Promoting content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Misrepresenting CookGo, its services, or its brand, including impersonating the company or its representatives.

Making false or exaggerated promises regarding potential earnings, results, or benefits from using CookGo.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the termination of your promotion privileges and potential legal consequences.

10. Term and Termination

10.1 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in any violations of the Program rules, fraudulent activities, or misuse of the Program. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, providing false information, attempting to manipulate the system, or engaging in behavior that we consider harmful to the Program or other participants.

10.2 Termination by You

You may voluntarily withdraw from the Program at any time. To do so, you must close your account according to the procedures outlined in the Program. Upon account closure, your participation will end immediately, and you will no longer be eligible for Program benefits or rewards, unless otherwise specified.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion.Any such updates or modifications will become effective immediately upon being posted on the user dashboard or on our official website. It is the responsibility of users to review the Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

12. Disclaimer

The Affiliate Program is provided strictly on an "as is" basis. This means that we make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Program’s availability, reliability, performance, or suitability for your intended purposes. We do not guarantee that participation in the Program will result in any specific level of earnings, revenue, or financial return, nor do we warrant that access to the Program, its tools, or its reporting features will be continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free. Your participation is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall in all cases be strictly limited to the total amount of commissions actually paid to you during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. All such damages are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law..

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in our operating jurisdiction.

Any disputes will be resolved according to the dispute resolution methods available in that jurisdiction.
